CRÊPERIES

ROND

It's in Belleville, and honestly, that already gives you confidence about the crowd of cool people you'll likely encounter. At Crêperie Rond, there's nothing fake, just thin and crispy galettes. The Omaha Beach? A combination of egg, bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onions that puts you straight into "mission accomplished" mode. Tim and Thomas, the local chefs, focus on organic products from Normandy, all in a vintage, cozy setting where you instantly feel at home.

Krügen

At Krügen, Frédéric Hoffman pays homage to the crepe with a flair that would make fest-noz grandmas envious. Yet, it’s the galette-saucisse that truly steals the show, earning applause worthy of Nolwenn Leroy. As a Breton, I can vouch for its greatness! Paired with Breton ciders and natural wines, and boasting a sunlit terrace (yes, they do exist), book quickly and get ready for an unforgettable Candlemas celebration.

La Galetterie

How did Brittany dare to venture all the way to the depths of the 15th arrondissement of Paris? A big question, isn’t it? Yet, that’s exactly where La Galetterie has settled, offering galettes as authentic as in Brittany, minus the sound of the waves. The sweet crêpes? A delight that could make you forget even the Parisian rain. The chef, likely a distant cousin of a sailor, transforms each simple ingredient into a small gustatory revolution. And of course, organic cider to complete this culinary journey.

Tanguy

Gwilherm Tanguy swapped his suit and tie for a ladle and a billig, and frankly, we're grateful. In his creperie in the 10th arrondissement, he serves up galettes perfectly crisp, made with organic flour from the family mill. The star? The one with Guémené andouille or Christian Parra's black pudding. All washed down with a good Breton cider. Simple, effective, and incredibly tasty. With the weather in Paris, you're fully immersed!

Brutus

Prefer classic or creative in your crepe? At Brutus, a modern creperie, you get the best of both! The gluten-free galettes are creatively crafted, like the “Yvonne” with ham, egg, and comté. For dessert, it’s a simple yet perfect butter-sugar crepe. As for drinks, their cider bar with over 25 natural varieties and original cider-based cocktails takes things up a notch. Simply put, Brutus reinvents Brittany in a way that’s fresh, fun, and absolutely delicious.

21 Martorell

Welcome to David Martorell's, where everything you know about traditional creperies gets a fresh twist! As a Breton, it wasn't intuitive for me at first, but it's a win. Here, the Breton crepe transforms with bold modernity: think Brunch Galette with avocado, or a sausage galette styled like a hot dog. Out with the classics, in with quality ingredients paired with carefully selected Breton cider. The ambiance? Warm, cozy, and contemporary—a true laboratory where Brittany reinvents itself with flair.

Les Crêpes de Louis Marie

Nestled in the Latin Quarter, Les Crêpes de Louis-Marie is a slice of crêpe paradise with a Parisian twist. Here, they serve Breton galettes that will have you wondering, "Why didn't I try this sooner?" Between classic choices and sweet delights, the irresistible Auguste with salted caramel and ice cream steals the show. Each bite is a culinary journey. For crêpes that could just about change your life, hurry over—you won't regret it!
